After we have decided that we are the right people for the job there are different options to proceed, depending on the size of project (i.e. drawer pulls vs. stair railing)/ distance and timeline:

3. Site visit (in-person or virtually)
After we have decided that we are the right people for the job there are different options to proceed, depending on the size of project (i.e. drawer pulls vs. stair railing)/ distance and timeline:
- You are sending us photos of the projects location.
- We are coming for a site visit in person.
- We are doing a virtual site-visit (Zoom/ What's App/ Messenger).
There are several ways to approach this stage:
- You or your client have a design in mind (photos or drawings in digital or paper format, architectural specs, magazines) that we can use as a starting point.
- We are able to design the project for you in a collaborative effort.
- In regards to pricing: we can design according to your budget, or supply you with designs that match different estimate ranges.
Depending on overall cost, the payment schedule is following:
- up to $4,000: 50% deposit, 50% upon completion
- over $4,000: 30% deposit, 30% work-in-progress, 40% upon completion
- over $15,000: 25% deposit, 25% work-in-progress, 25% work-in-progress, 25% upon completion
- over $40,000: on an individual basis
